There are two official parks, each with its own website: the Brazilian Iguaçu National Park, a federal park whose visitor services and tickets are run by the concessionaire Urbia Cataratas, and the Argentine Iguazú National Park, managed by the national parks administration, whose online checkout it operates. Each sells only its own entry, in its own currency. We are not either park: we sell both entries in one purchase, in US dollars, and buy each one in your travellers' names.
In short
- Two parks, two official websites, two currencies, two separate purchases
- Both entries are personal: issued in the visitor's name and checked against a photo ID
- We are an independent seller, not a park: one purchase in US dollars for both sides
- Every price we show sits next to each park's own price in reais or pesos
Who runs each side of the falls
The falls sit on the border, and each country protects its half as a national park. On the Brazilian side, the park is a federal conservation unit and its visitor services, buses and tickets are operated under concession by Urbia Cataratas. On the Argentine side, the park belongs to the national parks administration, which runs the online ticket checkout, while the park's visitor website explains fares, hours and rules.
- Brazil: one entry per person for a day and an entry time, sold online only, in reais
- Argentina: one entry per person for a day and a time slot, on sale thirty days before, in pesos
- Neither park sells the other side's entry, and neither park sells in US dollars
What a seller like us adds, and what it cannot change
We sell both entries in one purchase, or either side alone, paid once by card in US dollars. You choose each park's day and entry time in our calendar, add each traveller's passport details, and we buy each entry in their names. Your trip page shows the entries as soon as they are issued.
What no seller can change
- The park rules: each entry is personal, for its day and time, and the gate checks a photo ID
- The Argentine entry cannot be modified after purchase
- Availability: each park decides how many entries it sells per day and time
- Closures: walkways close when the river is high, for every visitor
How to check any seller in one minute, us included
- It shows each park's own price in reais or pesos next to its price, with the exchange rate and its date
- It asks for each traveller's name exactly as in the passport: the entries are personal
- It asks for a day and an entry time for each park, because both parks sell timed entries
- It says plainly what happens if a date is not available, and it never shows a countdown to rush you
- It does not call itself the official park: both parks are run by the bodies above

Questions
Is this the official Iguazu Falls website?
No. Each park has its own official website, one per country. We are an independent seller: we sell both entries in one purchase in US dollars and buy each one in your travellers' names.
Is one ticket valid for both sides?
No. Each park sells its own entry. Our Both Sides ticket is the two entries bought together, each for its own day and time.
Why does your price differ from the park's?
Because it includes our service: both entries in one payment in US dollars, in your travellers' names. We always show each park's own price next to ours so you can compare.
