1. What we collect
When booking opens: buyer contact details and, per traveller, the full name as in the passport, date of birth, country and passport number.
2. Why
Both parks issue entries in the visitor's name and check a photo ID at the gate. We need these details only to buy those entries.
3. Who sees it
The park or its sales system receives what it requires for the ticket. Card details go directly to the payment provider; we never store them.
4. How long
Traveller documents are deleted after the visit date, except what tax or legal records require.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data under Brazil's LGPD and Argentina's Law 25.326.
